Return and Replacement Policy
We have a return and replacement policy under the following conditions:
Products received in a damaged or non-functional state.
If you received a product different from what was ordered.
Products that do not function on arrival and cannot be repaired.
Replacement within 7 days will only be applicable in case the product is received damaged, non-functional, or mismatched.
Note: In case the packaging is damaged, we advise the customer to not accept the delivery.
Return and Replacement Process
Initiate Return and Replacement Request
Contact our Customer Care at +91 8669393000 or email care@swissboro.in. Share your Order ID and issue description with supporting images or videos.
Verification
Our service team will verify the issue through uploaded media (Videos/Images) and may go on a video call with the customer to troubleshoot. If the issue is not resolved online, we will arrange pickup within 3–5 days.
Resolution
If repairable, our technician will resolve the issue at no additional cost. We will arrange pickup and dispatch after repair within 7 working days of receipt at the service center.
If repair is not feasible, a replacement product will be dispatched within 10 working days.
Pickup for Replacement
Once your replacement request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 3–5 working days.
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 pickup attempts. If unsuccessful, you may need to initiate a fresh return request.
